People say “What does not kill you, will make you stronger”. What does not kill you is not guaranteed to make you stronger, instead it may just break you down. There is a limit on each persons threshold of pain, and the average human-being can only take so much pain. It’s sad because if you can’t survive what you go through in life, you will not make it on your own unless you get some mercy or compassion towards you and that is why many people end up dying.

This is the reason why so many people search for solutions, some people turn to a God or form beliefs or give in and accept beliefs that they didn’t pay any mind to before. Some people try to improve themselves or better educate themselves. Some people give back to the world and community to edify themselves, or just to help out from the goodness of their hearts. Some people get hobbies to fulfill the empty void in themselves. Some people turn to a close companion such as a girlfriend/boyfriend or close/best friend. Some people try many things like exercising, or writing poetry, some people dabble with their mind and ponder the meaning of their life, some of them just try to just enjoy life as it is and not focus on things like this. There are over six billion of people in the world, yet some people think they are the only ones who exist.

In a generation where we are constantly bombarded with advertising and competition and different highs and lows and different paths, it can be hard and seem impossible at times to discern what is good for people to do in life.
